We are renting a furnished apartment for a short or longer period (by arrangement). It is very sunny with a beautiful view of the Pilatus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is also a dishwasher as well as a washing machine and a dryer. In the large bedroom, there is a bed of 180x200 cm, a large glass wardrobe, and access to the northern balcony. In the small bedroom, there is a bed of 90x200 cm, although a larger bed would also fit. This room also has direct access to the balcony. The bathroom with shower was newly made at the end of 2024. The toilet is separate.

A parking space in the large underground garage can be rented for an additional 130.--/month. The lift takes you directly from the underground garage to the apartment door. There are no stairs.

The apartment has recently been equipped with new windows (triple glazing) and blinds.

The bus stop is right at the front door; shops, restaurants, banks, and post offices are easily reachable on foot within 100 to 500 m. It is also not too far to the shores of Lake Lucerne, you can comfortably walk along the small stream.

Smoking and pets are not welcome.

The additional costs amount to 300.--/per month.
