My partner and I have moved out of Switzerland for a job opportunity and initially had the idea to return to this flat after a year but unfortunately that will not be possible for work reasons. It is therefore that with great sorrow that we have to return our flat in Dietikon.

### 📅 Availability:
* From: partially available from the 1st of July (1 bedroom or to move already property in) and fully available from 15th July 2025.
* Minimum rental period: 1 year but has to be discussed with the rental company Livit AG
### 💰 Rent:
* Monthly rent: 2452 CHF
* Additional costs: Utilities (ask the owner, Livit AG, for precise amounts) and parking spot 165 CHF
