Since I am moving into a shared apartment, my beautiful apartment in Einsiedeln will be available from 01.06.2025.
The apartment has 4.5 rooms and about 100sqm. It is located on the 4th floor of a multi-family house.
The apartment was stylishly renovated a few years ago and is in good condition. The kitchen is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances.
The bright and open living area offers many design options for cozy hours. Particularly noteworthy is the sunny balcony with a window front in the living area.
The apartment includes a large attic and a cellar compartment. In addition, the rent includes a parking space directly in front of the house. There is a shared laundry room.
Also very pleasant: there are no neighbors above the apartment and due to the attic, the apartment is not directly under the roof.
The neighbors in the house are all very quiet and friendly.
Pets are not allowed.
Just a few minutes away are many shopping opportunities, a bus stop, the train station, and much more.
