In Diessenhofen, we are renting out 20 rental apartments in a multi-family house that was completely renovated in 2024. Currently, one apartment is still available, which will be ready for occupancy from May 1st. The apartment is also ideal for quiet businesses, such as an office, studio, or similar. The apartments offer spacious, bright layouts and are designed to be easily furnished.
The net living areas vary between 45 m² and 86 m². Eight of the apartments also have a balcony. Each apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom that includes a shower, toilet, sink, as well as its own washing machine and dryer. Additionally, each apartment has a separate cellar compartment in the basement. The rental apartments are accessible either via the staircase or conveniently by elevator.
With the parking permits that you can obtain from the municipality of Diessenhofen for a fee, you are allowed to park in zone 2. The nearest large parking lot would be the Rhyhalle parking lot, which is 200 meters away from the apartments.
