I am looking to sublet my apartment for one year. It is a spacious flat with over 100 square meters. It comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen, office, living room with a film projector and fireplace. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All the furniture can be used as is, though it is also open for discussion if you'd like to redesign the interior.

The rent includes all utilities: electricity, hot water, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fiberoptic internet, and the Serafe TV/radio fee.

The location is excellent. We are just a 5-minute walk from the newly opened Uberlandpark and its tram stop for trams 7 and 9. Oerlikon train station is only 5 minutes away by bus, with the bus stop located right next to the apartment. Zurich main station (HB) is just 15 minutes from the apartment! There is also a large Coop supermarket directly next door, making grocery shopping incredibly convenient. The sports facilities nearby are fantastic too. The Oerlikon indoor and outdoor swimming pools are just a few minutes walk away, and there is also a bouldering gym, a park with a fish pond, as well as football, basketball, and volleyball courts in the vicinity.

I am looking for one or two subtenants to move in.

If two people move in, the person in the smaller bedroom has the option to sign an open-ended sublease agreement.
