Many closets (notably in the entrance hallway) and a very practical storage room (see photo, it has double the space of what is visible). Friendly concierge and neighbors.
Quite large cellar. Building laundry (washing machine + dryer) available for a full day for the studio tenant.
The management requires a income of three times the rent + charges. Please do not contact me if you do not meet this criterion. Documents to bring during the visit include:
- family booklet or identity card for Swiss citizens
- residence or settlement permit for foreigners
- last 3 pay slips
- certificate of no debt collection or property default acts (ADB), issued by the Office of Debt Collection (less than 3 months old)
