From September 1st, 2025, I am subletting my furnished studio apartment with 1.5 rooms, near the center of Lausanne. Accommodation for 1 person only. Non-smoker.
The accommodation is very recent and in perfect condition. It includes a small fitted kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. A bedroom that also serves as a living room with a bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and wall cupboard).
The fixed charges amount to CHF 150.- and represent water, electricity and heating.
Bank guarantee = 3 months (no surety company).
Bus stop and shops (Coop) in the immediate vicinity.

1 identity document/residence permit
1 Certificate of no prosecution less than 3 months old
