The apartment consists of a large living room with direct access to a beautiful terrace, a modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, hood - all appliances were changed a year ago).
Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, as well as two bedrooms, one of which has a removable dressing (which can be removed if needed). There are also large built-in wardrobes and a cellar in the basement.
The solid wood staircase adds a lot of charm to the apartment, and the paint was redone a year ago.
Another advantage: there are no neighbors above or below. The apartment is very well insulated and consumes little for heating.
The rent is 1,450 CHF including charges and parking space, or 1,370 CHF without the space.
