The apartment consists of a large living room with direct access to a beautiful terrace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood - all appliances were replaced a year ago).
Upstairs you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, as well as two bedrooms, one with a sliding wardrobe (which can be removed if needed). There are also large built-in wardrobes and a cellar in the basement.
The wooden staircase gives the apartment a lot of charm, and the wall color was renewed a year ago.
Another advantage: there are no neighbors above or below. The apartment is very well insulated and consumes little heating.
The rent is 1'450 CHF including charges and parking, or 1'370 CHF without parking.
