The price of the apartment is 1630 CHF + flat rate for washing machine/dryer 40CHF + 2 parking spaces 120 CHF = 1790 CHF. Utilities are not included, an amount (internet + electricity) of approximately 210CHF / month must be added - our consumption costs.
Only solvent applicants will be considered by the administration. Your application documents must include the following documents:
- a rental application | to be filled out if interested during the viewing (we have this document, provided by the administration)
- an extract from your criminal record
- a copy of your ID document(s)
- a copy of your residence permit(s), if you are not of Swiss nationality
- a copy of your last three payslips.
