We are giving up our ideal apartment in the Les Paquis district, less than 5 minutes from the train station and the lake. Migros and Coop nearby as well as several restaurants and shops to meet all your needs.

- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom with toilet, connected to the first bedroom
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- 1 balcony overlooking the street (on the living room side)
- 1 terrace overlooking the courtyard (on the bedroom side)

The apartment is on the top floor and the building has an elevator.

Although the district is lively, the location on a high floor allows for peace and quiet. It is hard for us to leave this apartment, but we are expecting children and therefore need a bit more space!

Of course, we are looking for solvent successors with a complete dossier (ID and work permit, non-prosecution certificate, last 3 pay slips).
