The apartment is located in the heart of Pâquis (Rue de Monthoux), 5 minutes from the train station, the bain des Pâquis, the lake, and all shops.

The apartment consists of:

• 1 large bedroom facing the courtyard (quiet);
• 1 living room with balcony;
• 1 large kitchen;
• 1 bathroom with space for a washing machine;
• 1 separate toilet;
• 1 cellar.

Access to the building is through 2 digicodes. The concierge lives on site. The apartment offers beautiful features: parquet flooring, moldings, old fireplace, built-in wardrobes, recently renovated bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the facade was renovated this summer, so no work is expected.

Regarding the rent, the price indicated is the one currently paid, and a small rent increase should probably be expected.
