My roommate and I are leaving this pleasant and spacious 3-bedroom shared apartment to move in with our respective partners.
The apartment is fully furnished. It is located 50 meters from two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the post office, as well as less than 100 meters from the Bussigny train station and three restaurants.
One of the available rooms is very spacious and the other has a balcony. Our roommate, Mario (non-smoker), a student in MTE at EPFL, is very respectful, tidy, reliable, and easy to get along with. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large living room with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two guests. The toilets are in a separate room from the bathroom, which is very convenient. The apartment is on the first floor (elevator).
The lease includes a cellar, as well as access to the laundry room and the bike garage of the apartment. Indoor parking spaces seem to be available in the building.
The lease is to be taken over on July 1, 2025, but moving in on June 16 is possible. The furniture will be passed on to you (unofficially).
Only a solvent file will be considered (roommates or guarantor with sufficient income). The net rent of the apartment is 2175 CHF. The advance on charges is 175 CHF, but it is significantly overestimated (500 to 1000 CHF refunded each year during the settlement since I moved in 2020).
Mario currently pays 710 CHF in net rent and 1/3 of the charges and bills. This leaves 733 CHF in net rent for each of the other two rooms, as Mario's room is much smaller and does not have a balcony.
