I'm vacating my communal studio in Chavannes-Près-Renens as of July 1, 2025, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until October 2025 (renewable if you wish). The studio is about 18 m², furnished (TV included) and has a private WC. The kitchen is communal, with a fridge and cupboard assigned to each tenant. You'll also have access to shared spaces: study room, cinema room, lounge and laundry.
The studio is a 2-minute walk from a bus stop (10 minutes to EPFL) and 4 minutes on foot from the metro (< 3 minutes to EPFL). Migros, Aldi and Aligro are all within 500 m.
Rent is CHF 1 040 + CHF 300 in utilities, for a total of CHF 1 340 per month.
