We are looking for a subtenant for our beloved apartment in the Gundeli district. We would like to rent the apartment for about 1 year starting from early 2026. Currently, we are still flexible and can consider your preferences.
The apartment is very centrally located. The Basel SBB train station and the Solothurnerstrasse tram stop can be reached in 3 minutes. Various shopping options, restaurants, and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is very quiet and offers a large terrace and a garden for private use.
The furnishings are currently geared towards two small children but can be adjusted.
