At the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area below the historic town lies this beautiful family 3-family house in which we are renting the 3 1/2 room attic apartment. The apartment is available from 01.06.2025 or by arrangement and is suitable for 1-2 people.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator). It has a bright and spacious entrance area from which you immediately enter the bright and large living/dining area. This adjoins the modern open kitchen with a counter. From the living area, there is a small balcony facing west and a large roof terrace facing south. In addition, the living room has a Swedish stove.
The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower, double sink, toilet, and a washing tower.
The two rooms are spacious and can both be used as bedrooms or offices.
The house has fiber optic cable up to the apartment for the fastest internet.
We are looking for quiet tenants, ideally without a car, who appreciate peace and coziness.
Shops are within a 5-minute walk, and the train station and bus station can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot.
