The living area has a smaller covered balcony. The bedroom is also bright and faces the quiet backyard. From there, you can access the huge terrace, which invites you to linger, especially in the summer months in the evening. The bathroom is slimly cut and has a shower, toilet, and a small window. The apartment includes a cellar compartment, where there is also a dryer and additional washing machines.
