Due to traveling, I will sublet my furnished 2.5 room apartment with balcony for about 5 months from mid-July to December.

The apartment is located in a great area, near Heuried. Forests and meadows are not far away, and the heart of the city (HB) can be reached by tram and bus in 10 minutes, or on foot in 20 minutes. It is possible to reach the Lochergut area in half the time.
For leisure activities, sports fields, outdoor swimming pools, etc. are available.
Shopping options (Migros, Coop, Aldi, etc.) are a 3-minute walk away.
Washing machine & dryer are available in the basement without a fixed washing schedule.

The rent including additional costs is CHF 1800.-, with internet & TV available for CHF 95.-/month if needed.
