We are lucky to spend a school year abroad – and are looking for loving tenants for this period (approx. August 23, 2025 to July 20, 2026) for our home.

Our charming and bright 3-room apartment is ideal for a small family or a couple. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the 1920s, was completely renovated 14 years ago, and offers modern comfort: parquet and stone floors, a contemporary bathroom, a modern kitchen, and two balconies with plenty of light and a view of greenery.

The apartment is located on a quiet neighborhood street, within walking distance to kindergarten and school. Public transport Schaffhauserplatz is reachable in 2 minutes on foot, as well as pharmacy, Migros, post office, cafés, a very good pizzeria, bakery, etc. Main station is 6 tram minutes away, ETH and university can be reached in 10 minutes! Recreational areas Limmat and forest are in the immediate vicinity.

In the protected courtyard, there is space to play – and even a pizza oven for free use!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a house with a friendly neighborhood: several families live here, and they like to help each other out.

Included in the rent are: cleaning service every 2 weeks, utilities including internet.

Optionally, we also offer an atelier space (approx. 15 m², 450.-) nearby – bright, quiet, and ideal for working or being creative.
