We are looking for a roommate in a 105 sqm apartment on the 3rd floor in the city of Lucerne. The room measures 14 sqm and can be furnished (bed, large pinboard, wardrobe, shelf) or taken empty. You have a view of the forest and it is very quiet. Two bathrooms and a large south-facing balcony with a view of Meggen and Lake Lucerne are also included. You are allowed to use the kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, pans, machines, ...), the living room, the bike cellar, washing machine, and our storage room. Outside there are two fire pits with seating, a sun umbrella, and a table tennis table. A shopping center is within a 10-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away. Regarding your future roommates: My children (son 16, daughter 11) live in the same house in another apartment and attend the nearby school. They are with me 3-4 days a week. I work in the agglomeration 4 days a week. We have been tenants in this apartment for 18 years and strive for a sustainable and ecological lifestyle. I would like to establish a shared apartment because my apartment is too large for me economically and ecologically (living space is also a footprint!). I do not want to move for the time being because of my children and because it is sunny, central, and very quiet here. It is important to me that you, my children, and I can discuss how we want to live together. I do not have a fixed idea about it. For example, we could additionally offer space for a home office. We are open to how you want to live with us. Are you here only a few days a week or do you want to eat together with us? Everything is possible as long as we understand each other. You should not hesitate to do your share of the housework, just as we do. Regarding the rent: Based on the room size and the apartment rent, it amounts to 648 CHF. Additionally, there would be proportional ancillary costs: electricity, Serafe, WLAN, furnishings, and insurance. In total, it would be about 720 CHF/month.
