Apartment for rent - 8404 Winterthur, Hegistrasse

I am looking for a subtenant for a limited period of 1 year with the option to take over the apartment, who would like to live in Oberwinterthur (10 minutes by bike to Winterthur train station) in the property Talwiesen and occupy my apartment during this time - I am temporarily moving out due to training. The bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has a large balcony with afternoon/evening sun and a view of the greenery towards Goldenberg. From the bedroom, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, and you can wash and tumble your laundry in your own bathroom - a cellar compartment is also included.

The rent is CHF 1,750 per month including heating and additional costs and internet flat rate (depending on the takeover of furniture a little more = optional). The electricity costs are billed directly by the provider.
Pets and small animals are not allowed, and a garage space can be rented from Wincasa for CHF 140/month.
The deposit is 2-3 gross rents, which will be paid into an official deposit account.
I require personal liability insurance, and the terms of my current rental agreement must also be signed.
