The charming attic flat is situated at the beginning of the Grand Rue within easy reach of the lake (1') and the station (5'). Laundry in the building is shared with one other apartment and large parking area (Parking parc des sports) is 3 minutes away. The apartment is on the 4th floor without lift.
Only complete applications will be accepted (3 most recent payslips; 1 copy of an identity document/residence permit; 1 extract from the prosecution office less than 3 months old; 1 copy of the liability insurance policy).
