Apartment for rent - 4057 Basel, Feldbergstrasse

Someone who wants to live in a 2-person shared apartment but is not looking for a party flat. I am not looking for a roommate for financial reasons, but I would simply find it nicer to live with someone. Until recently, I lived here with my partner. Since I have/want a dog, it would be cool to find someone who also enjoys having a dog and maybe would like to take care of it when I am not in Basel for a night.

For rent:
own bathroom, 1x office/studio and 1x bedroom (both with terrace access and view over Basel).
Optionally, I could also rent just one room (1700.-)
*The price includes everything, also a cleaning lady 1x/week

Shared use:
Kitchen, large living room, huge terrace directly on the Rhine and very central!

About me:
m 39, dentist, Milo dog 6 years
I am in Basel about 3-4 days. Cooking and cleaning are not really my hobbies, so I have a cleaning lady who comes once a week, but depending on the situation, we could also do it twice a week. I enjoy eating together, but as I said, I cook rather simply, mostly vegetarian. I have a vegetable basket subscription that I receive once a week from which you can help yourself. Otherwise, I do quite a lot of sports (yoga, gym, swimming, jogging, etc.)
