Apartment for rent - 1163 Etoy, Etoy

Greetings from the feline world! My name is Chester and I am here on behalf of my human (she's the one who feeds me, so I tolerate her). She is looking for a new home, and I would really appreciate your help.
My human would like a ground floor apartment with a nice garden, or outdoor access for me (I have enslaved her) where I can bask in the sun, watch the birds go by, and try to catch some critters, preferably in peace, away from dangerous traffic (she says I'm not the crunchiest kibble in the bag). Since she has to work to feed me, she is looking for a place 15-20 minutes from Morges.
The apartment or house should have about 3.5 rooms, ideally 4.5 - big enough for me to stretch out, and to place my baskets, beds, and bowls. The rent must be 2,400 CHF per month, all included, as my human's budget is as strict as my daily need for treats.
