I am looking for a subtenant for this beautiful small apartment in Corso Elvezia in Lugano, with a view of the USI.

It is about 40m2, 1.5 rooms, which are very well divided: hallway and entrance with a large built-in wardrobe and shoe rack with mirror. A large room that I have divided into a living and sleeping area. The living area has a large couch (damaged), a chair, a small library and a large built-in wardrobe with 6 doors and a mirror. The sleeping area has a double bed, a desk with chair, a wardrobe with drawers and a TV on top.

From the entrance you also reach the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, refrigerator and a large dining table for 4 people. Both the room and the kitchen have separate access to the balcony. The bathroom has a bidet and a bathtub.

A large cellar is also included.

A parking space in the underground garage of the house is included, for 80 CHF per month (it is located under the building).

The additional costs are 80 CHF per month (the billing is almost non-existent).

The entrance door is new, the house is in a state where the owners are investing to renovate and maintain it well.

There is a laundry room and an area for drying clothes - the assigned day is Wednesday, all day. It is also possible to wash on Sunday, a free day.
