• One parking space in a separate garage + 2 outdoor spaces

• A communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer (2.5 days per week assigned to the apartment) and possibility to install a washing machine in the apartment if desired.

• Apartment on the 2nd floor, no elevator

The date of takeover of the lease is to be discussed, but ideally at the end of August.
