We are looking for somebody to take over our flat as of August 1st, 2025. The flat has 4 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower/washing machine/dryer, the other one with a bathing tub), kitchen 2 balconies and a storage section in the basement. There are several options for public transport (S4 from station Manegg, Tram Nr. 7 stop Butzenstrasse, Bus 72 from Morgental) and shopping possibilities (Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi) nearby. Lastly, the lake and the Sihl river as well as the Allmend park are closeby for recreational activities.
