Furnished apartment for rent - 8952 Schlieren, Brandstrasse

I am looking for a subtenant during my 2-year research stay abroad. The apartment is relatively new (2018) and has an oven, an induction stove, and a dishwasher. The furniture is new, as I furnished the apartment a year ago. 3 m high rooms give the apartment a studio flair. In addition to a kitchen/living room, the apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small storage room. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. In addition to the small balcony, there is also a cellar compartment belonging to the apartment. The building has a rooftop terrace with a communal bench. It takes 4 minutes to walk to Schlieren train station, and from there it takes 10 minutes to get to Zurich HB. Although the apartment is directly on the main road, it is nice and quiet inside thanks to good insulation. An annual salary of at least 70,000 CHF is required.
