Our home is best suited for a couple or a family. It is child-friendly and located on the ground floor. We would welcome tenants who are respectful, clean and maintain the home. Minimum stay 4 months between July 1, 2025 - January 5, 2026.
Our apartment is the ground floor apartment and garden of a house in the heart of the sought-after Sous-Gare district, just steps from the train station. It is unusual to find such a large garden in the city center. Ours has a historic Lebanon cedar tree.
The neighborhood is beautiful, on a tree-lined avenue and safe. Among other things, in the immediate vicinity of our apartment you will find numerous restaurants, three high-quality coffee shops, several gyms, two bakeries and three grocery stores, including one with natural products. Our home is within walking distance, just 10 minutes from Lake Geneva. The "Parc de Milan" is just a short walk away and directly opposite the park is the "College de Montriond" primary school.
We don't own a car, it's easy to get around everywhere by public transport (we are a 5-minute walk from the train station). We use "mobility", a car-sharing program for special trips. These mobility cars are parked just steps from the apartment.
Our trusted cleaning service can continue to clean for 100 CHF/week.
