It has a small kitchenette with 2 cooking plates, an extractor hood, a refrigerator (with a small freezer) and an oven.

There is also a small storage room where items can be stored. The washing machine and dryer can be used by the whole house and are therefore shared.

The studio also includes a garage parking space. The garden can be used and has a small table and chair. The neighbors are helpful and nice.
