I am leaving my 2.5-room apartment on Avenue Recordon, just a stone's throw from Parc de Valency. This is a sublet of the lease, starting June 15th of next month.

The apartment (approximately 56m2) consists of an entrance hall, bathroom/WC, a large bedroom with a small balcony, a living room with an open kitchen and large south-facing window front to the terrace, and a cellar.

Washer/dryer freely accessible and free of charge.

A parking space at the foot of the building is included in the lease.

Preference will be given to applications that consider the purchase of the large furniture (wardrobe, sofa, bathroom furniture, etc.).

The rent is broken down as follows: 1375 rent + 135 charges + 80 parking: 1590 CHF total

Viewings are scheduled for Thursday, May 8th, at 7:30 PM.

Only complete applications with an income equivalent to three times the rent will be considered.
