We are renting out our apartment starting July 1st. It is a 4.5 room old-style apartment (the rooms are not all very large), about 70-75m2, with a separate kitchen, bathroom (with window), hall, and 4 bedrooms (one of which serves as a living room). It is in a building from the 1910-20s, on the 3rd floor without an elevator, with two balconies.
Close to the Montelly stop and a 12-minute walk from the train station.
Viewings will only take place on Monday, May 26th from 6 PM to 7 PM. If interested, the application must be submitted before Tuesday the 27th at noon (identity card or passport, certificate of non-pursuit, last three pay slips). Please contact us for the exact address.
