Apartment for rent - 8005 Zürich, Ackerstrasse

Since I will be on vacation for almost a month, I would like to sublet my 2-room apartment from 15.7.25 to 11.8.25. (Shorter would possibly also be possible.) It has everything you need and is super located - 7 minutes on foot to the main train station and 3 minutes to Limmatplatz/Langstrasse. There are many restaurants, bars, cool shops, and various shopping options all around. The apartment is on the 6th floor (elevator available) and the balcony is on the south side.

The apartment is furnished and may only be occupied by one person. For the entire time, everything costs a total of 1600 francs. If you would stay for a shorter time, I would of course adjust the price. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer with a plan for spontaneous registration - everything is very relaxed. The apartment has WiFi and a TV with Apple TV. It would be great if you could water my plants.
