I am renting out my 3-room apartment for 3 months while I am traveling. Depending on whether I want to stay longer, I would extend it by another 3 months. The apartment comes with 2 sweet apartment cats, Crookshanks and Rowena. Of course, I will cover the costs for the cats myself. However, they would have to be fed twice a day. For that you get lots of cuddles from them. The two enjoy free roaming and independently go in and out through a cat flap. The apartment has 3 rooms, bedroom, living room and dining room. In addition, there is a balcony and entrance area with barbecue area and covered bicycle storage. It is a very quiet area with 20 and 30 zones and good public transport connections. The possibility of using a garden (1 vegetable bed) also exists (in consultation with the neighbor). Basic equipment is available including WLAN. There is an e-piano in the living room that can also be used. There is also a TV, XBox and DVD player. Migros and Coop are within a 5-10 minute walk. The Westside is within a few minutes by bike. There are also various local recreation areas. What I need from you for the apartment application: Debt enforcement office extract, copy of ID or residence permit, employment contract or wage slip, confirmation of liability insurance.
