The existing farmhouse at Hauptstrasse 95 was built around the year 1700 and is listed in the cantonal register of historical monuments. Currently, a complete renovation of the building and the installation of several apartments is underway. The building will be extended with an annex on the side facing away from the main road.
One 5-room apartment is being created with the following features:
The existing garage of the MFH Widengasse 20/22 can be used for parking. Pedestrian access via footpath. Vehicle access via ramp with electric gate. Charging stations for electric vehicles are equipped and can be used for an additional fee.
The apartments will be available from June 2025.
