The apartment in the east of the city offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, ideal for a temporary rental over 2 months, from August 1st to the end of September. Since I will be professionally out of town for two months, I would like to sublet the apartment during this time. There is also the possibility to rent only half of the apartment for about CHF 800 (shared flat) ideal for individuals who want to live centrally but quietly.
The apartment is fully furnished and impresses with its cozy atmosphere. It features spacious, bright rooms that offer plenty of room for development. A special plus is the additional room, which can be flexibly used as a guest room, dressing room, or office, depending on your needs.
In the basement, there is a bicycle room available, and the laundry room can be shared with the other clean and considerate residents.
The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location, surrounded by friendly neighbors, which further enhances the pleasant living experience. Another highlight is the beautiful garden, which invites you to linger in the green with grill and garden furniture.
A loggia is also available. Smoking is allowed there, if desired. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
For additional comfort, a parking space can be booked, so you can park safely and conveniently.
