On behalf of the owner, we are renting a bright apartment on the top floor (without elevator) in a 3-family house in Thun with a view of the Stockhorn mountain range starting September 1, 2025. You can expect a dreamlike, freshly renovated living space of 90m2.
The apartment on the 2nd floor has a closed kitchen, a living/dining room, two rooms, and a bathroom. This is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The apartment is currently being renovated. The high rooms of 2.80 m and the oiled herringbone parquet create a cozy living atmosphere.
The apartment includes a cellar and an attic compartment. The laundry room is used by three parties. The apartment does not have a balcony, but shared use of the garden is possible.
The multi-family house is located in the outer city center. The train station can be reached in 7 minutes and the city center in 5 minutes on foot. The highway is about 4 km away. The property is heated with gas (new in 2017).
No parking space is available for the apartment. The car can be parked with a resident zone parking card in the neighborhood.
Keeping pets is not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
