From October 15, 2025, or by arrangement, we are renting a modern 2.5-room apartment with a living area of 70 m2.

The apartment is characterized by an intelligent room layout. The kitchen is equipped with V-Zug appliances and is functionally furnished. In addition, the apartment has a connection for a washing machine and dryer. A laundry room for shared use is available. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The apartment has its own cellar room as well as a parking space, which can be rented for CHF 150.- per month. A second parking space can also be rented for an additional fee upon request.

The family-friendly Reichenburg is located on the Linthebene between Lake Zurich and Lake Walensee. Thanks to its own highway connection, the shopping metropolis of Zurich, Zurich-Kloten Airport, and the traditional Chur can be reached in less than 50 minutes by car. Public transport offers train connections in all directions and regular bus services. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach a fitness & activity center as well as a Migros center.

For our tenants, we also offer a "Carefree Package" (cleaning) for an additional fee.

The minimum rental period is one year.
