The residential and workshop building houses, in addition to 3 apartments, a bicycle shop, an old saddle shop, and two studio rooms. The three-sided oriented apartment on the 1st floor is available for rent. The building was gently renovated in 2022.

Right in front of the house, there are parking spaces that are shared with the other residents. Directly across the street, there is also a large public free parking lot.
