I am looking for a binding tenant from 02.06.-31.03.2026 for my dream penthouse apartment in Hottingen with direct access to the roof terrace. There is an option to extend the apartment afterwards. However, I cannot provide any information on this, as this information comes from the management. The apartment is not suitable for children, as all areas are open. Pets are not allowed. These are requirements from the management. Please only contact me if you can take over the apartment on the specified date, can prove at least three times the monthly income, have a clean credit report, and meet the other criteria. Important info: The house is planned to be renovated, and optionally the contract can also be extended after 31.03.2026 (extension possibility).
