You will have a parking slot at the venue, washing room in the basement, 2 rooms (sleeping and living room, furnished), a bathroom with bathtub, full furnished kitchen and a sunny mountain view balcony with little lodge.

Flat is located in the 3rd floor of the building.

Quiet area, forest and hiking trails around the corner, supermarket, petrol station, bakery, restaurants in the valley.

Bus stop to Baar, Zug and Zurich 5 min walk.

No pets allowed. No smoking in the flat.

Sublet requires house or personal insurance to cover costs in case of damage, work to guarantee rent.
