We are looking for one to two people to share our house with a large garden in Hausen am Albis (about 30 minutes from ZH Wiedikon by bus) who are interested in living with someone from our group.
The rent for the available apartment on the fourth floor (including use of balcony, cellar, workshop, bike room, parking space, and large garden, as well as including additional costs) is about 1,900 CHF - which can be shared by two or three depending on need! :-)

I’m moving into the top apartment in February 2025 and am looking for 2-3 people who want to live together with me.
The whole house is excited about joint projects in the vegetable garden, setting up the workshop, building a pizza oven, or expressing ourselves artistically. The rent for the apartment is 2000 CHF, which means per person it’s 500-666 CHF. You can reach the bus stop in two minutes from the front door. About your future apartment:
It is located on the 4th floor and consists of three lockable rooms (one of which is in the attic), a bathroom, a kitchen (12m2), and a large living room (34m2) with a small balcony. From here, a wooden staircase leads to an "open gallery" in the attic, where the mentioned third room is located. The apartment is south-facing and features wooden beams – which gives this apartment its unique charm. The rooms on the lower floor are each 20m2, and the upper room has about 10 usable m2 due to the sloping roof; the rent for the entire apartment will be about 1900 CHF. The lower rooms have a wall with existing cabinets, the living room still has the old sofa from the previous tenants and a dining table with some chairs. Otherwise, the apartment is unfurnished.
