I am looking for a subtenant for a large apartment. 4.5 rooms. Separate toilet and separate bathroom with window. 3rd of 3 floors, no elevator. Delivery date by arrangement. I can move out partially furnished. Beautiful, sunny apartment. I am the first tenant for six months. The apartment has been completely renovated. A large balcony and a cellar compartment are available. Possibility to rent a garage for an additional CHF 100. However, this is not a necessary requirement.
