It has 5 rooms, partly built-in wardrobes and shelves, a kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove/oven, a bathroom with bathtub and its own window. The apartment is open to the stairwell (see floor plan) and the access is unsecured, therefore not suitable for families with small children.

A shared garden with seating area and barbecue, a laundry room (including tumbler), a communal cellar and a separate attic compartment belong to the house. The apartment is rented for a limited time due to renovations, probably for 3-4 years.
