The Apartment:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift or stairs, in a quiet environment with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains (slope location) on a private road, without facade view, without train noise, enjoy your privacy. Only four minutes' walk to the bus stop.
The apartment is equipped to a high standard. All floors are made of Carrara marble. The two terraces at the front and back are paved with light grey granite. All windows start at floor level and are equipped with electric blinds. The bathroom is equipped with sensor taps and a thermostatic mixing valve.
The living room and dining room flow into each other, and there is an open high-gloss kitchen with a kitchen island and a view of Lake Zurich, which integrates beautifully into the living landscape. Of course with a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, with water connection. In addition, there are two rooms (bedroom/office) located at the back and provided with a terrace, between the bedroom and the kitchen there is a storage room/storeroom. All rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. On the ground floor there is a private laundry box with washing machine and dryer and a separate cellar. A garage parking space can also be rented. The garage is prepared for electric cars.

Horgen
Welcome to Horgen, the district capital on Lake Zurich. The town has over 18,000 inhabitants, around 760 businesses and around 9,000 employees. Due to the best living conditions, Horgen exerts its attraction as a sought-after residential area with a diverse range of recreational activities on the entire Upper Lake Zurich region. The infrastructure has been steadily improved in recent years, and Horgen has now developed into the most important industrial and commercial centre on Lake Zurich.
Therefore, the tax rate is well below the cantonal average.
In summer, Horgen offers a beautiful 50m swimming pool, the pool is built into the lake, or various beautiful bathing spots. Tennis club only four minutes away by car. Football club also available, sailing club available. Also worth mentioning is the modernly built hospital.
Two railway stations provide excellent connections in the direction of Gotthard, Chur and Zug. The distance to Zurich of 14 km and to the airport of 22 km can be covered by S-Bahn in just 15 or 30 minutes respectively. The motorway connection to the A3 and the ferry Horgen – Meilen, which runs at short intervals, are also among the best prerequisites for choosing Horgen as an ideal place to live.
