A 3.5 room apartment will be available on our farm from 1.4. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and there is another apartment in the attic of the same house. The house is situated on our farm.

The apartment features a modern kitchen, a wood stove and oven bench, underfloor heating, a balcony with a view of the nature reserve, a bathroom with a window and bathtub, a private washing machine, and a tumbler to share with the second apartment. It is a beautiful and cozy apartment. Herschmettlen is located in the Zurich Oberland and is close to Wetzikon and Hinwil. Public transport is limited, and the nearest train station is easily accessible by bike. Pets are allowed in the apartment upon agreement, but dogs are only permitted if they are not left at home during working hours. There is no cellar or hobby room available.
