Apartment for rent - 8605 Gutenswil

We are renting out our fully furnished top modern 125m2 4.5 room flat with 35m2 terrace in a prime sunny location from 1 November 2025 (or by arrangement) to 30. April or 30. June 2026 (or tbd).

The flat is equipped with 2 bathrooms and, if desired, 2 underground car parking spaces (one of them for electric cars). The normal car park costs an additional CHF 150 and the electric car park CHF 220 monthly. We live here with 2 children.

The kitchen island is very large and spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, a Bora extractor fan, combi steamer and Cookidoo Thermomix.

The dining area has a wooden table with 4 leather chairs and 2 TripTraps for children.
The living area is furnished with 2 designer sofas and a large OLED TV with PS4, Apple TV and Sunrise TV.

The master bedroom has a Japanese oak bed, a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to a private bathroom with shower.

In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe, also equipped with hooks for children and several drawers.

There are also two further rooms. The first room has a 90 cm bed and an office desk with 2 large curved screens. In the second room there is a 1m40 bed with wardrobe, carpet and storage furniture.

The second bathroom has a toilet with a Klosomat (water shower for the bum) and a bathtub.

There is also a spacious utility room with plenty of storage space, in which there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a high-tech robot hoover in the utility room, which also cleans damp with water (cleans extremely well and cleanly).

The terrace has an extendable design table from Fast Spa. There is also a design lounge from vetsak. There are 2 power plugs, 1 sun blind and a very large parasol on the terrace. There is also a storage room on the terrace.

The floor in the whole flat as well as the walls in the bathrooms are made of cast material and therefore very resistant.

Gutenswil is very well connected. Zurich main station is 30 minutes away by bus and train. All kinds of shopping facilities are available in Uster or Volketswil. Gutenswil has a supermarket. You can also walk to the forest within 5 minutes (very beautiful surroundings with lots of sunshine).
