Hello! We're looking for new tenants for our apartment in the beautiful Enge neighborhood, which is just a short walk from both the city center and the lake.

We are very sad to be moving out of our wonderful apartment at Enge because we are both relocating due to work.

The apartment features 3.5 spacious rooms, including two generous bedrooms, a bright and expansive living room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A lovely balcony faces the quiet, sunlit (south-facing) backyard, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Additionally the flat features a large storage unit in the cellar.

The location is exceptional: It is in a very calm, quiet and safe area, but still highly accessible: A bus stop is just outside the building, Bhf Enge is reachable by foot in 10-15 mins, tram stops within 7mins walk, Paradeplatz is also walkable within 25mins, and the lake is just a short 5-10min stroll away, making it perfect for professionals or families. Nearby are two kindergartens and a gymnasium, just 5 and 10 minutes away, respectively.

In terms of furniture, there is the possibility to take over a few items including a closet and a desk but it will mostly be unfurnished, leaving you free to design your new living space as you please! The balcony is towards the south and we have sun until 16:00 in the summer.
