Sublet: Lovingly furnished 3½-room apartment with balcony (3 months)

I am going abroad with my son for three months and am looking for a trustworthy, uncomplicated person who would like to take over our beautiful apartment – and live in it with joy and love just as we do.

The apartment is a cozy 3½-room apartment with morning sun on the balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes can be used if needed), and a really large attic – perfect for doing yoga, tinkering, or whatever else you want to use it for. Some large furniture will remain so you can make yourself comfortable right away. Families with children are just as welcome as individuals.

There are a few plants that would appreciate some attention – and a very relaxed, uncomplicated cat. Both are not a must: If you prefer to live without a cat, she can stay with the neighbors during this time. The plants can also be accommodated elsewhere if needed.

An outdoor parking space for 40.- CHF per month can be rented additionally. A bus runs every 30 minutes to Rümlang to the train station, and the Oberglatt train station is reachable in 15–20 minutes on foot.

If you have a heart for greenery and enjoy walking in the woods – you are already in the middle of nature in just five minutes on foot!

I look forward to a friendly, reliable person who wishes for a temporary home for three months. The sublet is available from February 2026 (earliest from January) or by arrangement.
