I am looking for a reliable and financially capable person who respects the house rules and keeps the studio clean. The move-in date is June 1st, but can also be brought forward by two to three days by arrangement. The contract is limited until the end of September, but may be extended.

The studio is centrally located in Oberglatt -- a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes to the train station. Trains to Zurich run every 15 minutes and take you to Zurich HB in less than 20 minutes. There is also a direct bus connection to the airport.

The studio is 22 m² in size. It has its own kitchen and its own toilet. It is fully furnished and includes a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, an armchair, and much more. A refrigerator is included in the kitchen.

There are many shopping options nearby. The post office and Volg are within a 5-minute walk. Lidl and Migros are also within a 15-minute walk. Other shopping options (Aldi, Coop, Fressnapf, Takko, etc.) can be found in Rümlang and/or Bachenbülach. On Sundays and public holidays, the Migrolino at the train station is also open.

The monthly rent is CHF 580. All additional costs including management, (hot) water, electricity, and cleaning of the public areas are included. Internet must be organized by yourself. A parking space can be rented if available (inquiry with management required). The deposit is one month's rent.
