Apartment for rent - 8134 Adliswil

Hi everyone,

I'm renting out my fully furnished 68m2 apartment in Adliswil for 7 months+ starting from May (min 7 months+, extension possible but need to be discussed 3 months prior the end date) while I'm traveling. The start date is flexible, so we can coordinate based on your needs.

The apartment is ideally located, it has good connection with S4 train, just a 5–6 minute walk to the train station, and from there it's only 14 minutes to Zürich HB.

I'm looking for a quiet, respectful, and tidy subtenant who will take good care of my home while I'm away.
Please no smoking, no parties, no loud noise, and no pets.
The apartment includes:

• Fully furnished setup
• I recently installed a tabletop dishwasher
• Shared washing machine in the basement (used by other tenants)
• Please note: there's no Wi-Fi, so you may need to arrange your own if needed. I'm using hotspot instead.
• Deposit: 1 month rent
• I will take each month's rent 1 month in advance.
• Min 7 months, extension possible but need to be discussed 3 months prior the end date.
